Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business objectives for the fiscal year 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech convergence) to predict their impact on our industry.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct in-depth research and pilot programs to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in for future initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of architects and engineers focused on long-term innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or senior engineering management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging tech trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to C-level executives and boards of directors.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
