Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key innovation opportunities and potential risks.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to forecast future technological shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design) to translate strategic vision into actionable development plans.
- Evaluate emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3 for integration into core products.
- Pitch strategic initiatives to stakeholders and senior leadership to secure funding and resources.
- Maintain a network of industry experts and thought leaders to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
- Establish metrics to measure the success and impact of long-term technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading long-term technology initiatives and roadmaps (e.g., 3+ year horizons).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic narratives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences from engineers to C-suite executives.
