- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research on disruptive technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Engineering to prototype future-state solutions.
- Assess current infrastructure readiness for future scalability and quantum integration.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
- Establish a 'Future-Proofing' framework to mitigate technological obsolescence risks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years in strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, Cloud Infrastructure, and Distributed Systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing without authority and managing cross-functional teams.
