- Innovation Labs: Oversee R&D initiatives, piloting new technologies to assess viability and ROI before enterprise-wide implementation.

- Legacy Modernization: Spearhead initiatives to modernize legacy systems, ensuring seamless integration with future-forward platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Strategic Consulting, with a strong focus on emerging technologies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cybersecurity protocols.
- Future-Oriented Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt long-term strategies with agility and foresight.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is preferred).
