Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record scaling ventures to $100M+ valuations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in technology lifecycle modeling and market disruption
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain federal tech clearance
