Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Oversee R&D allocation for next-gen prototype development and POC validation
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and technology ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, blockchain architecture, or climate tech
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, CFIP) or advanced degrees in relevant fields
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
