Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with global sustainability and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum-secured communications and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (synthetic biology, spatial computing, AGI precursors)
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish industry-first partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous systems and ethical AI deployment
- Drive thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching at least three breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, bio-digital convergence, or climate-tech AI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology from Tier 1 institution
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology foresight with validated impact metrics
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for speculative R&D initiatives
- Prior work with UN Technology Innovation Labs or similar global innovation bodies
