Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptors and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation through partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic institutions
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
- Author thought leadership reports on tech evolution impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of tech ethics and sustainable innovation frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investors
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation forums
