We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Strategist to lead our roadmap leading up to the year 2026. At Nexus Horizon, we don't just predict the future; we architect it.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core business strategy to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation. You will define the technological landscape for the next three years and guide our engineering teams toward that horizon.
Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive 2026 strategic vision for emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, and sustainable energy solutions.
- Lead Research & Development initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing technologies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product) to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Present quarterly progress reports and future forecasts to the C-suite and board of directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast future market shifts.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
