Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI governance and ethical frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols

- Develop predictive models for technological singularity readiness

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough experience)
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 3+ years in strategic leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI ethics
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from lab to global deployment
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
