Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with quarterly execution.
- Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) that will impact our industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and evaluate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Predict potential disruptions and develop contingency strategies to mitigate risks.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Manage the technology budget and allocate resources for future R&D initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Tech Strategy, Product Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology visions (5+ year outlook).
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment is highly desirable.
