- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, engineering teams, and product managers to align technical visions with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee pilot programs and innovation labs to validate future tech concepts before full-scale implementation.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor strategies and industry shifts to ensure Quantum Leap Innovations maintains a first-mover advantage.
- Financial Planning: Estimate the ROI of future tech initiatives and allocate resources effectively for long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Blockchain, and Quantum computing fundamentals.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps and executing complex technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
