Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Published research in IEEE/Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience leading global innovation teams (100+ personnel)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, metaverse, or neurotech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating minimum 3 disruptive innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
