Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen technology ecosystems integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and incubate breakthrough startups
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture or R&D leadership with proven future-tech implementation
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum systems, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact modeling frameworks
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across 3+ continents
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE 7000) or Quantum Architecture
