Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate revolutionary tech solutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Partner with global research institutions to accelerate breakthrough innovations
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through visionary proposals
- Present future-tech vision to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years leading large-scale technology transformation projects
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI systems
- Proven ability to secure multi-million dollar innovation grants
- Experience building diverse, high-impact technical teams
- Deep understanding of technology ethics and regulatory landscapes
