Responsibilities

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms for emerging tech scouting
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and secure $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Monitor global tech disruption vectors and recommend pivots for competitive advantage
- Drive implementation of sustainable tech practices across all operational domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-defining technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or synthetic biology domains
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
