Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-secure AI and biointegrated systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of 15+ engineers and domain experts in rapid prototyping
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through whitepapers and investor presentations
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate modeling and personalized medicine
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present breakthrough innovations at Davos and global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 8+ years of R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in federated learning and blockchain consensus algorithms
- Experience securing DoD/EPA grants for futuristic initiatives
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Certified in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
