- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through stakeholder presentations and business cases
- Develop IP portfolios with 15+ patents filed annually in future technology domains
- Mentor senior engineers in rapid innovation methodologies and agile development
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with global business objectives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or spatial computing
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent industry contributions
- Experience scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members in high-growth environments
- Certified in AWS/Azure/GCP with deep cloud architecture knowledge
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped products using bleeding-edge tech stacks
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
