Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for quantum computing and AI applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic tech into scalable commercial products
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the technology division
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Strategic planning experience with 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies
- Experience building and scaling high-performing technical teams
