- Present strategic roadmaps and breakthrough concepts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Mentor a team of 5-7 technology strategists and innovation specialists
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget and manage resource allocation for high-impact projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercializations or paradigm-shifting projects
