Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies including quantum algorithms and neural network optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen AI systems
- Develop scalable frameworks for human-machine interaction interfaces
- Secure intellectual property through patent applications and technical documentation
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Secure federal and private research grants to expand project scope
- Represent InnovateX at global technology summits and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced ML, or synthetic biology
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with experience in high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to secure $500K+ in research funding
- Strong track record of translating theoretical concepts into commercial applications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
