Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning and market analysis to identify disruptive innovations
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI implementation and quantum computing applications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Present technology strategy to C-suite investors and industry stakeholders
- Build and lead a dedicated future technologies incubation team
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their commercial implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience presenting to executive boards and venture capital partners
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for complex technical concepts
