Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and trend forecasting in exponential technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate innovation into product development and go-to-market strategies
- Drive sustainability initiatives by evaluating circular tech applications and carbon-neutral innovation frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI systems
- Proven track record of launching tech innovations with measurable market impact
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional global teams
- Published thought leadership in exponential technologies or futurism
