- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, CISSP)
- Deep network within Austin's tech ecosystem and national innovation communities
