Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing innovative solutions for complex challenges
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies in competitive markets
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Experience managing innovation budgets and P&L for technology initiatives
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google AI) highly valued
