Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with research labs and innovation hubs worldwide
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future technology adoption
- Drive innovation incubation programs for 2026+ product pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
