Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with published research
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Deep network within DARPA, NSF, and top-tier innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into executable blueprints
