Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation progress and ROI for future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives
- Strong presentation skills and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
