Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, decentralized systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning of global tech ecosystems, identifying disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk mitigation frameworks
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Mentor a team of technology analysts and foster a culture of continuous innovation
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable strategies
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, etc.)
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
