Responsibilities
- Lead strategic research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) relevant to 2026 market landscapes
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year vision and implementation milestones
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives and investor expectations
- Identify and evaluate potential startup partnerships, M&A targets, and R&D collaborations
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech adoption and risk mitigation
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology trends and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience pitching to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and scenario planning
- Certification in technology management (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
