- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, bioinformatics)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into scalable commercial products
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, tech talks, and industry partnerships
- Monitor ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management, with 3+ in emerging tech domains
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech areas (AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience working in agile environments with rapid prototyping cycles
