Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, decentralized systems)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused solutions into existing ecosystems
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders and industry conferences
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Build and manage innovation labs for prototyping next-gen applications
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
