Responsibilities

- Develop technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and future market demands
- Lead workshops to foster innovation culture and identify breakthrough opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation a plus
