Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic technology initiatives into business plans
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators to stay ahead of industry shifts
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory implications
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting emerging tech trends and commercial applications
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and business data
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and stakeholder communication
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and technology roadmaps
- Certification in strategic planning or technology foresight preferred
