Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in AI, biotech, and quantum systems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Foster strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Mentor junior strategists and drive organizational learning initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to launch
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, technology forecasting)
- Strong financial modeling and portfolio management experience
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
