Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with R&D to translate technological capabilities into market-ready products
- Build and maintain ecosystem relationships with startups, academia, and industry consortia
- Develop future scenarios and risk mitigation frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee technology ethics frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least 3 future-tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) preferred
