Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030) including quantum computing and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype futuristic solutions
- Analyze market trends to identify disruptive opportunities in Web4 and decentralized systems
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Present technology visions to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build and lead a future-tech incubation program

Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
