Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in emerging fields (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify disruptive technologies with commercial potential and build implementation roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders, VCs, and academic institutions
- Establish KPIs to measure technological adoption ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends and translating them into business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards of directors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
