As a key architect of our 2026 technology portfolio, you'll identify, evaluate, and integrate breakthrough technologies including quantum computing, generative AI, and sustainable tech ecosystems. You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to align technology initiatives with our 5-year growth vision while mitigating adoption risks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, prioritizing emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate high-impact use cases for next-gen technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateSphere at the forefront of technological evolution
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technology applications
- Present technology strategy and adoption plans to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology maturity and ROI tracking for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic systems, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (white papers, patents, or industry talks)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in high-growth environments
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
