Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech for 2026 adoption
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership programs
- Analyze global tech policies to identify opportunities and risks for future implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certifications in innovation management or technology foresight preferred
