Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proven track record of securing $3M+ R&D budgets
- Expertise in quantum computing and AI ethics frameworks
- Experience with EU AI Act and US regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Keynote speaker at 3+ major tech conferences
