Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact

- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Published thought leadership in tech forecasting or innovation management
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau) for trend analysis
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive audiences
