Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their commercial applications
- Drive innovation through partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional teams executing proof-of-concept projects
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech forums
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, sustainable tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in future technology fields
