Responsibilities

- Develop technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks aligned with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for long-term innovation cycles
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on industry landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
