Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI integration, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities and competitive threats
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate disruptive technologies
- Collaborate with product teams to align R&D initiatives with market demands
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Strategy (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of developing and implementing tech innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investor communities
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (startups, academia, VC)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CTS, CISSP)
