Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast emerging technology trends to identify opportunities and risks for 2026 and beyond
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with company goals and market demands
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to evaluate and integrate new technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor the technological landscape and provide regular updates on key developments
- Lead initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and future readiness within the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or related field
- Proven track record in identifying and integrating emerging technologies in corporate settings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects
- Deep understanding of current and future technology trends (AI, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
