Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) and assess commercial viability for 2026 market readiness
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligning technology adoption with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Establish KPIs and ROI frameworks for experimental technology initiatives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging tech from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., generative AI, neurotech, sustainable tech)
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Strong network with VCs, policymakers, and global tech ecosystems
