- Develop 5-10 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into enterprise strategy
- Present disruptive technology insights to stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Monitor regulatory landscape and ethical implications of emerging tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong background in ethical tech governance frameworks
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation
