- Present technology insights to executive leadership and board members
- Oversee implementation of future-focused pilot programs and R&D initiatives
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing future technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Technology/Engineering)
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation
