Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their market viability for 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across business units
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute innovation initiatives from concept to launch
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify first-mover opportunities
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation impact
- Foster partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology strategy and commercialization
- Expertise in forecasting tech trends and market disruption analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
